Hang Later helps groups coordinate availability and discover options. Inventory, price, and availability come from identified providers and can change before confirmation. A recommendation is not a booking.

Approval and payments

Hang Later begins a booking or payment only after the required group approval and a separate payer confirmation. Test-mode bookings are labeled and do not represent a real reservation. Third-party inventory is never resold unless Hang Later has explicit authorization to transact it.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund rules shown before confirmation control. Hang Later will not claim a cancellation or refund succeeded until the responsible provider confirms it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Hang Later to access another person’s calendar without permission, misrepresent group consent, or attempt unauthorized transactions.
